A savory loaf made with Havarti cheese and dill pickles.
This loaf is infused with the semi-soft cow’s milk cheese which originated from Denmark and the brined dill pickles we love. It is now one of my favorites!
All bread is made after orders have been submitted and are available for porch pickup in north Denton at 2728 Clarendon Dr. on Saturday or Sunday (please specify a day during checkout).
ORDER DEADLINE: Orders must be submitted before midnight on Thursday for pickup on the following Saturday or Sunday between 2pm-6pm. Orders submitted after midnight on Thursday will be fulfilled the following week.
BREAD INGREDIENTS: Organic unbleached high protein (14.2%) bread flour, Rye flour, sea salt, sourdough starter, Havarti cheese, Dill pickles, Dill pickle brine (vinegar, garlic cloves, mustard seeds, and black peppercorns), salt, dill pickle spice flavoring. I use Hold the Pickle seasoning containing: salt, onion, sugar, vinegar powder, maltodextrin, garlic, dillweed, allspice, coriander, mustard, citric acid, dillweed oil.
